Cheri Smoak - is our Broker-in-Charge. She is the owner of Palm Realty Group. Her and her husband, Gary, have raised 4 children and the are proud grandparents to 10 grandchildren. They are very active members of their church, "The Answer Place Ministries".Cheri serves as a board member of Lake Moultrie Fire Department and Crime Watch Coordinator of Bonneau Beach and Gary is a board member at The Answer Place Ministries
Kristen Conley - is a Real Estate Broker also. Kristen has worked in the Real Estate field for about 9 years. Her education and background as a "Real Estate Paralegal" make her a very valuable asset. She is Cheri and Gary's oldest daughter. Kristen is married and has 3 boys!
