Cheri Smoak - is our Broker-in-Charge, sha also has 10+ years in the mortgage industry. She is the owner of Palm Realty Group and also Palmetto Mortgage if SC, LLC. Her and her husband, Gary, have raised four children and the are proud grandparents to seven grandchildren. They are very active members of their church, "The Answer Place Ministries" as are all their children.
Kristen Conley - is a Real Estate Broker and Loan Officer. Kristen has worked in the Real Estate field for about 9 years. Her education and background as a "Real Estate Paralegal" make her a very valuable asset to both, Palm Realty Group and Palmetto Mortgage. She is Cheri and Gary's oldest daughter and she works very closely with Cheri in the management of the office. She is married with two sons, Clark ("C") and Cooper.
Tonya Brinson - Tonya has been a resident of the lowcountry for many years. She is a valuable asset to PRG. Her service goes above and beyond to call. She is very attentive to her clients and visits her properties at least once a week and sometimes several times a week. Her attentiveness to detail is a win for her clients! Each client is treated like they are her only client!
